Victor Yeung is Admiral’s founding managing partner and chief investment officer. Since 2013, he has been responsible for our overall firm strategy and day-to-day management of our funds. From 2007 to 2013, Victor was with LaSalle Investment Management, where he managed the Asia Pacific portion of the USD 10 billion Global Real Estate Securities program and eventually became its Managing Director, Asia Pacific Securities. Victor started the Asia Pacific Securities office for LaSalle Investment. He also previously worked for Morgan Stanley and American Express.
Victor was educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), receiving the following degrees.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Management
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science
- Master of Science Degree in Political Science
He serves as an Educational Councilor for MIT. Since 2008, Victor has served as a lecturer for various industry and academic institutions, including the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI), Oxford Brookes University, the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, and the University of Hong Kong.
Victor is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and he holds the Advanced Diploma in Managerial Accounting with the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting.
Victor writes regular columns for several news organizations in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, and he is a co-host for a live TV segment at Now TV.
楊書健任職安泓投資有限公司的首任總經理及投資總監，自2013年起即全權負責公司的策略發展以及基金的日常營運。由2006年至2013年，楊先生就職領盛投資管理亞太區證劵部門，負責管理該公司旗下，資產額超越100億美金的全球房地產證劵基金的亞太區部份，並獲領盛任命為亞太區證劵部門董事總經理。領盛的亞太區證劵部門係由楊先生所開設。自2006年6月至2013年4月之間的八年，楊書健曾投資澳洲、日本、大中華地區、及東南亞的各類房地產股票，成績屢屢跑贏大巿。楊先生為安泓投資有限公司及領盛亞太區證劵部的創辦人；他亦曾任職摩根士丹利及美國運通。
楊先生在麻省理工學院接受教育，是該校的教育顧問。楊先生在麻省理工學院所獲取之學位如下：

楊先生現時亦為香港、台灣、及新加坡的幾份傳媒的專欄作者。他亦為Now TV擔任直播節目《息賺》的客席主持。
